The Opportunity
Youth sports in America is a $19 billion industry focused almost exclusively on "pay-to-play" athletics. While parents spend thousands of dollars on leagues, travel, equipment, and coaching, junior athletes often finish the season with a plastic trophy, medal, or certificate. There is a massive gap in the market for a model that provides a tangible Return on Investment (ROI) for families—not just athletically, but financially and holistically.
The Solution: NJAA
NJAA has started a movement that champions the holistic development of junior athletes. NJAA utilizes a proprietary rewards engine (a new, national points system called "GRATS") to gamify participation and performance in 6 core areas: athletics, education, mental health, social development, community engagement, and financial literacy. When athletes join NJAA and play in NJAA tournaments and participate in NJAA events and programs, they unlock opportunities for meaningful rewards - including financial contributions to their Trump Accounts, also known as Invest America Accounts.
